Heathrow or Gatwick?
From Morden, the two main airports take a similar time by car. Heathrow is slightly closer in miles, but the Tube journey there is long and involves changes, which is why so many Morden flyers book a car. Gatwick is straight down the A217, and it's usually the quicker choice from Sutton, Cheam, Carshalton and St Helier. If your dates are flexible, compare flights from both.

Working out your pickup time
