New Malden High Street
New Malden's High Street is known for having one of the largest Korean communities in Europe, with Korean restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets alongside everyday shops. It's a busy destination at weekends, and we collect diners and shoppers along its full length.
From our office on Martin Way, New Malden is about three miles west, usually 10 to 12 minutes by car.
Long-haul flights and luggage
Many New Malden passengers are travelling long-haul, often to Korea and elsewhere in Asia, and that usually means more luggage. A few tips:
- Choose an estate or MPV if you have more than two large suitcases.
- Book your return with the flight number, so pickup is timed to your actual landing.
- Allow extra time on weekday mornings, when the A3 towards the M25 is at its busiest.
Heathrow is usually 35 to 50 minutes from New Malden via the A3.
Visiting family

New Malden station
New Malden station has South Western Railway trains to Waterloo, and we collect from it at all hours. We also take residents east to Morden for the Northern line, and to Kingston for shopping and appointments.
